All our packages are prepared and shipped with love within 48 hours after your order if it was placed before 12pm, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, it may take up to 72 hours before your order is shipped.

A message will be sent to you by email so that you can follow its progress more closely.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a relay point, you will receive an email from Mondial Relay once your order has been registered so that you can choose the relay point closest to your home.

Prices and delivery times vary depending on the country and the shipping method chosen.

Delivery times are in working days. If you live outside the European Union, customs fees may be added at your expense.

Your delivery was scheduled for a date, but you can't be there ? Don't panic !

COLISSIMO

The delivery service provided by Colissimo La Poste can only pass by your home once. If you are not available on the agreed date, your package will be dropped off at the post office closest to your home. You will be notified by email so that you can pick it up.

COLIS PRIVÉ

Your package will be dropped off at a Colis Privé Store. If the transport agency does not find an available collection point near your home, an e-mail will be sent to you in order to decide on a new delivery location.

MONDIAL RELAY

For a home delivery, the transport agency will contact you to propose a new appointment.

If you have requested a delivery in a relay point, the merchant will keep your package at your disposal for 14 days. Please note that this period may vary depending on the constraints of the business and the services chosen. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.
